Exactly. My dreams, dream of your truck before allowing me to dream. I too hope i cans ee this truck in person. I am trying to get into SEMA with Earthquake car audio just to go drool over this truck, but its gonna be tough.

Good Morning All,
Just a quick little update.
This post is a little out of order -- sorry about that.
Prior to putting the chassis together it was important that we get the right parts for the chassis.
Quick call to Art Morrison and we ordered up some 5/8” x ¾” Stainless Poly Rod End.
Okay getting ready to put the motor in the chassis.
However Kenny had a few complaints.
Seems the Red Poly Motor Mounts were unacceptable and a Quick call to Summit Racing solved that problem.
Time to order new Black Poly Motor Mounts
Let's not forget the Tranny Mount.
What the heck lets order some more ARP Stainless Steel Bolts
from Totally Stainless.
Finally the motor is in the chassis

quiet...thats prolly one of the few things he didn't change his mind on 52 times. Anything else but blacks draws too much attention away from the real art: the body and motor.

Not a real big fan of painted frames that is unless it's on a street rod. Plus the plan is to drive the truck on the Power Tour and I am certain the chassis is going to get chipped up and black is much eaiser to touch up.

ok, fair enough. I would have painted the frame myself, ( my .02) you went this far just not to make the frame look awsome. Not saying that it don't look good, because it does. If your going to drive it in the power tour you don't think the grill, hood & what not is not going to get chipped? Not tring to stir up A bunch of bs. so don't take it that way please.

not to worry your not stirring up anything. I like when people voice there opinion and share idea's that is what these boards are for. It can only make a project better.
ps - the front of the hood and fenders will have a 3m vinyl on them to protect it durring the power tour. I also have a custom made bra for the front cover. Nothing for the grille however.
