Re: New BOV

Going to get a buddy next week to weld the flange on the boost tube for me. I will be sure to snap a pic and throw it up for a little pleasure and enjoyment.

Re: New BOV

I still have my stock L2A intercooler. I want to save up to get a larger capacity unit. I am going to powercoat the boost tube black as well when I can get around to it. off of ebay originally. Best price around. I called a couple places in LA to see what kind of prices. MSRP is 275 for it. Most places were asking 255. Ebay was 195 plus 15 shipping. So I got it in the end for 230. (Had to have it now and the shipping makes the price go up! lol)

Re: New BOV

that looks nice as hell. i never like the looks of the silver ones because the looked to tacky, but that looks real nice. love the sound of the hks too, you should get the purple adapter

Re: New BOV

autocat51 was the ebay ID. Can't complain on the shipping. Ordered it Tuesday night at 9pm and it was on my doorstep via FedEx Thurs at 11 am! I was happy about that for sure!

But does anyone know the best place to tap for the vacuum line? My DSM was way easier since it already had a npt to use.

I tapped into the fitting that my boost gauge used on my old set up:

Nice looking "stealth" HKS you got there ! If you want a vacuum manifold, hit up member mmp142965 as he has some nice setups with multiple options...
