I'm looking at a Yellow 93 6sp vette at an exotic dealer close to my house. Its got 94,000 miles but it looks like its in great condition :D . Here is the vin 1G1YY23P0P5114599. Thanks in advance. On a side note, how are the old vettes as far as reliability? Is 94,000 near the end of its life...

Was just wondering if your propshaft production will be back up and running soon. I'm in need of a new one pretty soon and yours comes highly recommended. I was just curious since I haven’t seen a update since April.

So InvisiBill, what shaft did you decide to go with. Or did you elect to rebuild the stock shaft. If you did decide to go with a new one, how much did it run ya.

Thanks for the info MR_MNZTR_SY. It sounds like a pain in the ass to find the right shaft and replace it :evil: . Sounds like you got a lot farther with the NAPA guys then i did though. Anyway, if you hear back from NAPA please let me know. I cant wait to get this thing behind me. Thanks.

Well unfortunately I also don’t have the time to wait for Brandon’s shaft. I need it to be fixed as quick as possible since the Sy is my daily. Does anyone know the part number for the NAPA shaft?

It seems that the time has come to put on a new propshaft :( . I was under the truck about a week ago and noticed that the boot was torn. I was curious what was recommended. Should I rebuild the stock shaft or buy a new one? And if I buy a new one which one should I buy? Anything locally in the...

That sounds great. I would be up for next wed. I'll bring the Sy but unfortounatly i wont be racing it. I need to replace/repair my propshaft and i dont want to do any hard lanches untill i fix it :( . Ive never heard of Stop and Play before. Whats that? Anyway, let me know if your up for that.

The last i checked i was running around 20 vac at idle with a max of around 26 while driving. Also, my vac harness was replaced about three months ago and has no leaks.
