My truck also has a Walbro fuel pump, but it does not have "hot-wire" kit. I've been also thinking, that hot-wire or bad filter could be the issue, but why it sometimes gets better and sometimes worse?
Under boost it seems to be always more stable than on idle or cruiisng...

Thanks for reply. I'm suspecting FPR fault, as my fuel pressure jumped rapidly around 2.2-3.0 bar (32-44psi). And what is strange, that some weeks ago this stopped and pressure was nice and steady. And now few days ago it started again.
I have aftermarket ECU, so I can see...

So - all the fuel lines, injectors, FPR and etc. are withstanding the alcohol and no modifications are not needed specially for alcohol, besides the ones above for larger injectors, better fuel pump (and tuning ofc)?

Just for the information, DRAC on our trucks is 4000ppm, but for some strange reason I needed to adjust my Dakota Digital dash for 2440ppm to get correct speedo readings.

I have read tons of old posts on all forums and common understanding is, that MSD "desing" type reluctor wheel setup on those billet distributors can cause tach fluttering and false spark.
I have replaced on my truck ALL parts of the ignition system, tested with many modules...
