I am looking for the part number of the distributor that has the once per cam revolution trigger along with the usual six per cam revolution pickup. I recall these were late model 4.3's I am still interested in doing the EDIST and DIS or Coil-on-Plug ignition. Lew

A couple of years ago folks were talking about such an additive the when poured into the gas tank allowed one to pass the smog test.

I got mine from Lee Howie and Jerry McCoy. The part (axles, diff, disk brakes)is about $2200 plus installation. And that is for an 8" Ford which will hold giant horsepower (approx 1000 at least). Lee uses one in all of his builds including his 8 sec Mustang. :smile:

Hey Ryan! What are you running for a front differential? Any reason for not beefing that up and maybe with an 8.5" and Air-locker?? My TT has the 9" Ford rear and the 4L80E (someday!) but I am worried about the front. :smile:

The OTC DAT stuff are merely expensive multimeters. I noticed a "Vision Premier" product on their site that would be a real ignition analyser. I have no idea how much it costs. It is an adjunct to a PC. Typically this kind of stuff is specialized for big shops with deep pockets. :smile:
