4L60E Swap Question

I put the 4L60E and tranny computer in the truck... I bought the tranny out of a 1998 Bravada.

I put the transfer case up in there last night and I realized the output adapter.. the part between the transmission and the transfer case is clock about 5-10 degrees clockwise from where the stock on is.

The net effect of this is that the brace from the transfer case to the block will not fit, nor will the linkage.. this is not the worst of it. The Prop shaft hits the body in the rear.

Anyone else seen this?

If so what was done to get around it. There is enough meat there to clock the holes in the correct position as if there was a reason that this was done and they make two versions, just wondered if someone else has seen this and if anyone knows the part number for the output adapter I have or for the one I need.

I am calling it an output adapter.. it is the part that bolts to both the transmission and the transfer case.
