I have searched and did not find what I was looking for.

Any Links to venders that have Parts to complete the 4L80e swap?

Anyone know of a complete Kit?

No one offers a complete kit yet, but you can easily get everything you need from a handful of people. Shoot JSM a message about the cross member piece you'll need to mount it. And talk to fivetodrive about the input shaft and adapter plate. you need to keep awd. The new front and rear axles can be purchased from D&R Driveline. The controller, that you have a lot of options and a quick google search for a 4l80e controller will get you what you need if you are not using a standalone on your motor that supports electronic controlled transmissions.

The new front and rear axles can be purchased from D&R Driveline.

I think you mean the front and rear drives shafts you will need.... no need to change the axles....
