Will it hold up to 1000hp? That's what I'm shooting for in HP so I have to make sure it's going to stay together. From my understanding the motor and trans assembly sits higher than stock. Do I have to cut that cross member underneth for it all to work or does someone something for it

It will hold everything you throw at it!!! Everyone with any power uses it and there are no issues. You have to bend up the lip at the firewall and you can replace the cross member with a tube style one that is available through Jeff Scott or cut yours to fit.

These parts will work to configure the T-case to the 80e 4-wheel drive output shaft. You'll have to change the output shaft in your transmission. There are an "early" and a "late" output shaft. Early has both trans cooler fittings at the front of the case, the late has one cooler fitting in the center of the case. I don't recall the differences in the output shafts. It has something to do with lube holes and routing.

Depending on which adapter you use for the swap you can do things a little differently. I went with a 2WD trans which has a longer output shaft, when paired with the billet adapter I just had the shaft cut to the length that I needed.
