BW4472 vs NPG242 bolt pattern differences

While I was researching 4L80e to BW4472 adapters, I ran across an adapter from a M998 HMMWV. 94+ Hummers used the 4L80e and an NPG242 full time 4x4 TC.

Can anyone tell me what the difference, if any, from the 5 bolt input pattern on the BW4472 and the NPG242?

Nevermind. Found pictures of the NP242 and it is a 6 bolt pattern.[emoji19]
