Can't start in Nuteral

was racing down a street and had to stop fast, killed the engine - well i had to pull over and put her in park to start her back up. what gives, why can't i start it up in nuteral??

It might be your neutral safety switch. Mine got worn out and did the same thing. Cost all of about $15 and is located in the center console.
Also they do have some adjustment. There are 2 screws holding it in place, loosen them and you can slide/rotate the switch forward and backward. Might be able to just adjust it and have it start in both park and neutral.

k ill pop the console off and take a look when i get out of work later today.... its just a bitch gotta come to a complete stop, set her in park, i have ricers all around me... BS! :smile: uhm... she doesn't die the often usually if im on it hard then have to get off quickly - like as the rpms drop below 800 and im on the brakes she usually dies.

This was happening to my syclone when I first got it. I then replaced all the vaccum lines. That fixed the stalling problem I had.
