Typhoon ZR

I got a question! I have had a vibration for some time, and I finnally yanked the CV axles, and now the vibration is gone! Upon examing them, I noticed that in the centre of the inner mounting surface, the part that matches up against the front diff, on both the left and right shaft, that they were bulging! There are several damged areas from the inside pushing out! The question is, could they be running out of travel, or is this just from abuse? I lowered my vehicle slightly via the tortion bars! My truck was a 4x4 but I converted over to all wheel drive! I checked with GM, and apparently both the typhoon and the Jimmy use the same shafts! My truck isn't any lower than a ty! I have approximately 600 hp and recently ran a 10.79 @ 112! The reason for the slow speed is cause I lifted at the 100 foot mark due to the fact that I am not legal to go under 12's, (I don't have a cage), but that is another story! Are there any stronger shafts available?
