Did Someone Die at PAS While Producing the SYTY's?

I ask for a moral reason. I just want to make sure that didn't happen before I continue my project. I know an explosion shut PAS down later on but I just need to make sure that no one died during the production of the trucks. And if someone did, I would like to know who and how.

I'm only aware of the explosion during the CNG truck project which was post-SyTy.
