Fabricated IC scoop.

Check it out guys, all aluminum, with black coating (I think they call it sheep skin), intercooler scoop. My step dad works at a sheet metal factory and fabricated this up for me. I was going to have him make some more in case anyone on this forum wants one. Tell me what you guys think.

An intercooler scoop came on my latest syclone. It protrudes out past the front bumper by about three inches...he says it came from kb waaaay back in the day and they only make a handful because people didn't really like how far it stuck out. I like it....it needs a sharp edge put on it for some rabbit slaying...lol! I'm going to get rid of it once i go to an a2a setup though. Waitttt a minute...there's no lower ic...wtf! :rotf:

I will talk to my step dad this weekend. I hope he can make enough for all of you. I dont want to get everyone excited but I would say everyone can have one for $20 shipped. I hope that reasonable. I have check out prices for other scoops and its a steal. The scoops will not come pre drilled. I will leave that up to you. When you get it, it will look just like the frist picture I posted.

Heck for $20, I don't think that I can even make one for myself that cheap :lol:! You can put me down for one too . Do you know what the thickness will be on these? And is there anyway that I could get one without the coating (I would be willing to pay extra if necessary)? Thanks!
