Help with prop shaft ID

Was recently trying to determine the source of my trans issue and found that my prop shaft U-joint at the front axle was in very bad shape. My trouble is the shaft is not stock, which I am happy to discover but it means i dont know much about it. I have seen some other threads that discuss Bravada shafts but this does not appear to be one of those, as the shaft diameter is 1.25" as opposed to the 2" Bravada shaft. It also does not appear to be a "Gilbert" style shaft due to the double Cardan joint. Anyone know where this could have come from? Possibly a custom? I found a few numbers but Google was not able to help me make sense of any of them. All I really want to do is make sure I find the correct replacement for the U-joint.

Glad you were able to fix it, but just fyi it looks like a old RPM shaft.
