ARRRGGHHH I hate hearing this kind of shit period, don't feel too bad bro you're not the only one to get hosed. I got hosed just like you but multiply everything by 5! Chalk it up to living and learning, but definitely look into getting a lawyer it may be worth it. Don't take shit like that from ANYBODY, ALWAYS stand up for yourself and most importantly TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!!! Word of mouth even in todays world means a lot especially on the bad side. Glad to see that you are letting everyone hear about your experience. Did you know your motor was rebuilt when you bought it?
