nada value vs nada classic value??

I see classic book is $30,400
and nada is $11,450.

Which one is the correct one to use? My bank said the book value is 13,350.

You can use either one. My bank went by the more expensive one, because I asked them to. The classic guide makes it nice, when your SyTy gets wrecked...
