New ford lightning "actualy several in one night"

This last friday was street night at the motorplex. Instant green no vht on the track YOU know street racing. I was challenged by three lightnings through the night one still had the dealer plates. I ran alot of 13.0's on 104. During the street nights they will not give you the times in the other lane but all I can say is that I had the stock ones by a min of 5 lengths they had to be in the 14.0 + range. I raced another which had some work and said he could hand me my ass but for some reason He didnt have the power to catch me after a crapy 1.77 sixty foot. I think he may have ran a 13.6 or so. Like I said no vht on the track so it was a lot of fun.

yah know as I was looking back at them I could tell that they really are a descent looking truck...............Hum I wonder what they look like from the rear? I guess with the new 52 going on ill never know.....DAMN!

Im off today "Friday" I wont be doing any work untill Jerry McCoy gets the rest of my order to me: McCoy Cold air, Injectors, Ultimate 50lb chip. I already have the pte52 kit and the atr 3" cat back here at my house. I think I am going to go ahead and order the headers as well. I talked to Jerry yesterday about the heads. Unfortunatly I have shoulder surgery in 2 weeks so I wont be able to turn a wrench or lift for about 8 weeks. So I will have to put those off until Im better. Ill have to be satisfied with 12's for now. :roll: :evil: :evil:
