Newb in WI

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I bought SOGT #502 as a complete basket case last fall. I've had quite a few first gen S trucks, but this is my first PAS built truck.

I'm in southern WI, in the Madison area.

Welcome! Your case sounds about like mine, having owned several first gens but only one PAS truck. I agree, we need pics! 502 is red and gray, correct? That's a pretty color combo.

Here are a few pics, it's really rough, has rust, and is missing the cladding. Someone "hot rodded" it, it has a LT1 in place of the 4.3. I hope to make it a decent driver, but it's on ice until I finish a 58 Chevy Delray for my wife.

I found a red Texas cab for parts to fix the rust. Then probably ditch the LT1 (has issues) for a 5.3 and drive it. I'll keep my eyes open for reasonably priced cladding.
