Older Transgo 4L80E HD2 Instructions?

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions for a Transgo 4L80E HD2 kit from ~1996? There was a post on here from George Blake that Transgo redesigned this kit around late 2007. I'm looking for a copy of the older style kit that required all the drilling of the valve body.

I bought a 4L80E with the HD2 installed, but the trans had a failure in the rear planetaries. I'm trying to figure out if the HD2 kit was done correctly.

I sent them an email but never heard back. I guess a call is the next step.
