That white roof rack really looks solid on this, I'm going to be painting mine in the next few months, keep us updated on how that paint holds up! Did you use plastic krylon on the soft parts?

Can' remember what kind of paint I used but I sprayed the rack and the plastic base mounts with the same can.
Roughed up everything with 4x0 steel wool.
Full coat of primer.
About 4 coats of color
I also clear coated every thing for maximum gloss.:tup:
2 years later holding up just fine.

The problem with white in the wheel inserts you can't keep it clean, silver is bad enough

Actually this is a daily driver( winter highway stone chips)
Grill is 92 s-10, painted white with GMC emblem attached
Original grill is perfect just for shows and resale.:tup:
