Just let you know. Made it yesterday. Put in Brandon's HD propshaft. It wasn't too bad. The worst part was to remove the bolts at the transfer case side. There were not too much space to put the E12 bit there. Had to move the truck back a forth to be able to pick out all four bolts.
Used inner hex heads bolts with the new one. It's much easier to work with. At the installation I put back the transfer case side first than had to raise the back of truck and turn the rear a bit to be able to align the front. Also I torqued it to 70 Nm in the back and 90 Nm in the front. At 70 the two surface was not completely sitting together in the front.
Anyway. The product is great. My only suggestion would be to put smaller holes for the front screws, that way we shouldn't use bushings.
I measured the stock vs Brandon's. It's 7.2kg vs 7.3kg. It not a much difference if you judge that Brandon's is really more beefy.
I tested the truck afterwards up to ~90MPH. I couldn't feel any vibration. Hopefully it stays that way.
Big thanks Brandon.
Peace,
