ran a 03 cobra last night

Went to get donuts, made a left out of the place and spotted it brand new still had the temp tag in the window, young kid and G/f followed him for about three lights, at the forth light I finally got next to him. The car was beautiiful, mineral greay chrome wheels, I gave him a little rev and he looked over and kinda chuckled, he had taken off like a bat out of hell for the last three lights so I figured hed go for it anyways, I built boost to about 6 lbs and left on the green, put about 4 lenghts on him and watched him go up in smoke. I let out about 90 and he went flying by (car sounds bad ass at boost) at the next light he tried again same result, with slicks and traction these could be trouble on the street but without slicks they are like the L's no holeshot what so ever. WE went from a 30 rool and he handed me my ass real bad, just pulled away like I was standing still. ken

That's the reason I prefer my Sy OVER my Lightning. Sooooo much more fun at a redlight! Good Kill!

Yup. And if you can't beat him from a roll with the Sy, go get the GN 8) Not that mine will beat a '03 Cobra...yet.

Ultimate, walboro, atr exhaust, Atr cold air , ATR cam, ported 202 heads, bigger injectors, rods, pistons, and a lot of maintence to get the knock away. ken

Thanks, Im finishing what should be an 11 sec sy and hope to get my hands on a cobra to see how they do.
