shift points

I did some searching but didn't come up with much solid info. im doing a head cam swap and forged bottom end this winter. I want to raise my shift points to 5300-5500. I know its in the gov springs and stuff. but does anyone have the info on what springs and weights to use? thanks

The shift points can vary a little by the mods done to the transmision but that should put you in the ball park.
