Could you describe the size/dimensions of the one you had under the foglights, please? Or a place that sells them?

Jeg's sells 'em for ~$46. (See top/center of page 137-J in the Jan/Feb 2002 catalog). B&M part #70265. (Jeg's part #130-70265.) Dimensions are 11" x 4-1/2" x 1-1/2". You'll also need to purchase 1/2" NPT to 5/16" hose barbs, or 1/2" NPT to -6AN fittings...depending on how you plumb it.

I like the Tru-kool coolers. You can get all sorts of sizes of them from JC Whitney, includes fittings, high pressure hose, mounting brackets. Good stuff.

What I like is two stacked plate 28000 GVW coolers. Each is mounted behind the fog light on each side. You make a braket from angle aluminum so that the cooler is pitch forward 45º so that the front face is pointed downward. Then make a mini blade of death for each one. You should also put a piece of expanded aluminum grating in front of the core to deflect rocks. This is also a good set up for an aux intercooler if ran in parallel.
