where to register legit SYTY group

I've been able to track down 5(SYTY) people in my area 3 that are interested in forming some kind of organization or association I thought of this below

I have a logo, truck #'s owners names ect ect,

Speaking of which, what's up with the little "ISTA Members" thing on the left hand menu???
It has FAST, PHAST, and GAST...

Now, why doesn't it ever add other (and might I say LARGE) groups, such as:
NASTE
SOCAL SYTY
NWSTP
CHITOWN SYTY
and all the other ones out there?

that page will most likely get updated when the new syty,org is up and running. I was actually helping out with that page, and came up with a few designs already, but do to my school situation this semester, it made it quite difficult.
I believe the new ISTA page will have something along the lines of 14 clubs on it....just hang in there, i'll be up soon.
