=SOLD= Syclone Plenum and Intake For Sale =SOLD=

==SOLD to blacktyaffair== I have a Syclone plenum and intake for sale. They came off my wife's Sy when I swapped a powder coated set on. I cleaned them both up a bit and all the threads look fine to me. The black shaded looking areas on the lower are from what looks like rattlecan black where...

    Unshakable enthusiasm for Syclones

Re: Unshakable enthusiasm for Syclones Thankfully it only burned about 15-20 sec, so it only managed to melt some loom and I only found 2 wires with damage, looks like the headlights, but they are still working, so I will just splice some wire in later. The worst part is the flame retardant...

    Unshakable enthusiasm for Syclones

I just thought I would share a short story with you guys involving my wife's daily driver, Sy#779 that demonstrates the type of person it takes to own one. Let me preface by saying, despite the truck leaving her stranded on the side of the road numerous times, she staunchly refuses to get...

What did you do to your SY/TY today?

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today? Got the powder coat done on my wife's intake last week, and installed it all this weekend.

what is the best Wideband O2 sensor

Re: what is the best Wideband O2 sensor Just FWIW - I just installed the new ZT3 from Zeitronix in my Evo and my Sy. Nice little setup for a reasonable price. No heatsinks or re-calibrations needed. It has a nice data logger too and the analog outputs can be altered to match whatever curve you...

wastegate with the compressor wheel machined into the top

Re: New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump Re: New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump I'm pretty sure they aren't selling them with the compressor wheel on top like that, it was just a way of showing they make waste gates and compressor wheels in one item...

wastegate with the compressor wheel machined into the top

Re: New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump Re: New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump True that, I actually rode up to PRI with Darin, John and Rob from RacePartSolutions.com. Bill comes by their shop a lot, very cool guy! Speaking of which - Bill came by their shop a few days before PRI with one of the...

    New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump

Re: New Aeromotive’s 340 fuel pump I saw them at PRI earlier this month. It looks like a LOT of companies there had 300-340lph pumps coming out in short order. Make me wonder who's making them as they all have exactly the same cross section diagrams and "Turbine Technology!" IMO the most...

What did you do to your SY/TY today?

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today? I had the wheel faces polished and the windows cleaned up and painted. I really need to polish the wheels up really nice and have clear powder put on them though since re-polishing them every few weeks is kinda tedious. -Jason

    optima question

Re: optima question Red tops are not designed to _ever_ be discharged fully. They are utter crap. 2-3 discharges to 20% and they cant hold a charge anymore. Yellow top Optimas on the other hand aren't too bad. still not worth the exorbitant price, but not utter garbage like the reds IMO. -Jason
