RULES for posting eBay auction - UPDATED (Effective 5/15/05)

For those of you wishing to post your items you have up for auction or ones that are not yours that you think would be useful to post, please take a moment and read to posting rules below:

1. Detailed subject (title) line. A good example would be "SyTy wheels, nice shape". A bad example would be "parts on ebay".

2. A brief description of the items you have found or listed yourself.

3. LINKS! If not for the sake of those who read the thread, do it for yourself! Nobody wants to sit there and copy and paste numbers from one site to another trying to find these items. Take the 2 seconds and copy the URLs from your auctions and post them in your thread. If you have multiple auctions going on at once, please feel free to post your "more items by this seller" link so people can navigate from there.

4. CHECK THE URL TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS!

Any and all threads that lack these 4 items will be removed without notice.

Yes, we've all seen them posted before, many times in the lounge, many times in off topic, well now they can all go here and YES, you can discuss them even though this is a market place forum. These "WTF" threads will be an exception to the rules in this eBay forum and this forum only!
