SyTys @ Car Craft 2008
We're planning a Syclone/Typhoon/Buick Gathering at the Car Craft Summer Nats, July 25-27 2008, in St. Paul, MN. This is a relatively large street machine show held yearly at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
Info about the event, and registering: 2008 Car Craft Summer Nationals July 25-27 - Car Craft Magazine http://www.carcraft.com/eventcoverag...als/index.html Note: You will be responsible for registering yourself for the event. We plan on roping an area off on Thursday, if you let us know in advance, we can save a spot for you. All GM turbo powered vehicles welcome. In addition to the Car Craft festivities, we're planning (weather permitting): A Golf outing to a local course. A Cruise to a local BBQ joint. Lots of turbo talk, bench racing, and general BS. More details will be forthcoming... Questions? Ask them here. We're working on a web site for contact info, event info and weather. We'll post a link when that's up and running. Should be a good time. With gas prices being what they are, we wanted to have something this year that was more local to folks in the Upper Midwest. There is lots of stuff to do in the area, if you've never been there. ValleyFair, Casinos, good food + drink. Hope to see you there! Feel free to pass the word to any non-connected locals or other boards.

gotta still register, but pre pay is only 5 or 10 less than on site so no real worries.

I plan on going but not in my truck since it isnt finished yet. Is there anyway I could meet up with somebody and possibly get a ride in there truck around the block? I just have never ridden in a sy/ty since I bought mine non-running. I want to see what they sound and feel like.
