The fueling remains at what it is for 14.7psi. There are no additional fuel cells above 14.7psi. If the Air/Fuel ratio is correct at 14.7 (max 2BAR) the A/F will become lean at higher than 14.7 as the volume of air increases. Lean mixtures tend to detonate, and blow shit up.
Thanks Dave,I did some general research elsewhere when I couldn't really find anything in the archives here & that explanation is spot on consistent with what I've read on various other sites.. another question, on an otherwise stock set up would it be wise to go to an aftermarket boost controller such as the forge motorsport one?
