Slow on my end

Having quite a bit of trouble here w/syty.net. Slow to load or won't complete loading unless I refresh the page. Sometimes more than once.

I fairly sure it's on my end actually. Just want to know how to clear SyTy cookies and ANYTHING else related to SyTY.net. Cookies I can do but just checking if I'm leaving something out.
