Hello all, well I wrecked my Ty on the 13th and have a few questions because already insurance is fighting with me. http://www.flickr.com/photos/35557574@N04/3291988814/ Passenger door cladding and passenger side skirts are cracked as well. Windshield is cracked and control arms, ect.ect. Body shop estimate and what my insurance company comes up with is 8k worth of damages. I will find out tomorrow what they want to do. No damage to frame. Truck has 78k and was never wrecked and I've kept in mint condition. Other party is at fault. (Ran a red). As far as repairing and diminished value is concerned, does anyone have any thoughts. I've contacted a few members on this board that can help me out with parts.

Yup, I just came back from showing someone the truck. First time I took it out in over 6 months. (just my luck....LOL). You could have eaten off this truck. Absolute mint condtion all original. I own my own business and contacted my attorney and he said we can go after the other party for a diminished value claim if insurance decides they want to fix it. I DONT want them to total.
