yes. My house used to belong to a doctor that ran his practice out of the basment. He had a parking lot put in the back of the house, the basment was 7 small rooms and a reception area. I had a hell of a time ripping all that out and refinishing it man cave style. The extra parking is nice though.

I barely come up with 3k hp combining 11 vehicles between myself, my dad, and my mom, and that includes a 900+hp race car and a Typhoon that's been in pieces for 4 years.

My Typhoon of course. Ive had it since 1993 and we have alot of history. I banged some hot chicks in the back of that TY. That was back when i was good looking and had all my hair. I had to work my ass off just to pay the payments 348 a month for 60 months, another 400 a month for insurance. Thats what 30 points on your licenses in jersey gets you. I ve come a long way 15 years but my Tys been around to see it all. That be my keeper. Oh the Porsche gets 2nd place. I can stop when i drive it. Its trully a amazing feeling car.
