clicking noise..

..hard to swallow
Not sure if this belongs here but maybe somebody can point me in the right direction..so when I start driving, the car makes a clicking noise that sounds like a playing card in a bicycle spoke. It happens from when I start moving and picks up when I move faster but only seems to appear at very low speeds. It doesn't appear to be a motor related noise and seems like its coming from front driver's side area. Its not really that bothersome but I'd like to know if its indicative of something that needs to be addressed

I had a similar noise with the stock wheels. It ended up being the center cap clicking against the wheel. I put a rubber washer on the center cap bolt between the wheel and the cap and the noise went away. If you are running stock wheels take the caps off and see if the noise goes away.

Yep, if that's what the cause of the noise is you can get a new set of o-rings from the owner of the board Keith Gill here.

Re: clicking noise..

Could be pad slap too. If the pads aren't tight against the slides, they'll move and make a light clicking sound. Mine do it.

I can see how old worn or dry rotted o-rings could cause that. In my case replacing them didn't resolve my issue. Adding the rubber washer did the trick for my wheels.
