Code 45 and cold engine FIXED

First off , our Ty is mainly stock. Has mainly safety mods. Earlier today the truck was feeling real sluggish. I got on it a little to see if the problem went away. It felt like it was trying to flood out. Well sure enough it did make it better. So on our way home tonight, C.E.L. came on. I did a data master run and found out something interesting. We had
Code 45(lean)
Engine temps were no higher than 145*
Closed Loop
INJ DC was over 100, 100-130 at 13 psi
o2 mv's were at 250ish under boost, no more than 1.5* of KR.

Im going to do a fuel pressure test tomorrow and see what I find but all this info for some reason isn't making any sense to me. Any thoughts?

BTW, we have a 180* t-stat in there.

Check the vac line to the FPR for fuel.

I think I will just check all of the vacuum lines. They still have the stock boots with the pinch clamps on them. Its weird working on a stock truck, I feel like I really forgot a lot of things. Feel kind of stupid actually.

OK, still have to work on the cold engine but I pulled the o2 sensor today and found little pieces of porcelain in the "vents" of the sensor. Sorry don't know what else to call them. Last night it got bad, the truck started billowing smoke and at first I thought it was coolant but got out and smelled it and it was raw fuel. Truck seems ok now.
