Using WB with Ostrich question

If I am using my Ostrich, do I still need the patch, the Dig patch? Also, I tried to install Digs patch and got kinda lost. If worse comes to worse Ill have someone help me with it but htought Ild ask if anyone here knows an easy way to get it to Tuner Pro or the Ostrich. Mainlt I am looking for the WB info..

Yes you still need the patch so the ECM will spit out the WB data into Tunepro. I found applying the patch confusing too. If I find a WB $58 patched bin I will send it your way.

there's been plenty of people that have used his patch so it works.. it's just a bit tough to get going.

It works, its just confusing to apply. It has no problems once you get the bin and the patch together in your laptop or PC, its just that for the non-computer literate like myself applying the patch is greek. Once you get a bin patched there are no problems.

The part I am stumped on is the first part. Youre supposed to unzip to a folder ( EX: C:\patcher ).
thats exactly how the directions I have read. Well where is this folder supposed to be located? Am I supposed to do this in DOS?I get the second part just not hte first.

Email sent, but in hindsight I dont think its a WB $58 bin. I dont think I had the WB patch on a $58 bin. I think I went to $59 before I logged WB. Sorry to add to the confusion.
