Hello Sy/Ty World!

wow i've lurked here forever. I don't have a Syclone yet but I'm going to get one hopefully soon. I was wondering, im 16, what advice would you offer me when I get one? I know don't crash it LOL,( its been my dream for a while to have one), but about the Syclone itself. Yes I am saving every dime for probably a while. I work at Best buy, so I do make money but not a lot. Is there anything i should look out for in 1 1/2 years when i should have enough to buy one? THANKS!

P.S. does anyone know anyone close to maine that has one/ and might sell it in about a year and a half? Im in maine, so the closer the better.

HAVE money saved up for when you get one and keep some in a acc that you forget about, so you dont use it to build up right away... :2cents:

I personally love your goal and think its great that you are saving money to follow it. These trucks are great but they do break and much more so than most cars that you might also consider (say a Camaro, Mustang....hate to say it AUGH...honda :barf: ). If you get a good stock truck and don't constantly beat the piss out of it you'll be OK but again, as the othr guy said, have some money set aside to fix it (yourself). No one really knows what these things are....not even my local GMC dealer's tech did....WTF right?

Go for it but just be careful! :roll:

yeah i alreeady have a sonoma thats just a beater, im going to use it in the winter/ daily driver, but I hope the Syclone will be my ride in the summer/ funtimes :lol: I am definetly going too keep as much cash as possible on hand in case of emergencies. Thanks for appreciating my goal LOL most people are just like : duded thats just a truck, or my accord could beat that, I just smile and say "we'll see." I can't wait to have one LOL

yea that is how my buddy was when i first got mine. so he bought a camaro :tdown: nowww since he couldn't keep up haha he bought a TY witch still can't keep up with me(he can't drive) :lol:
