Nope. T3/T4 generally specifies inlet size/flange. The outlet configurations can be as numerous as the stars.
It might be the same- I'd compare the dimensions of the hole centers to be sure.
You can always have what you're looking for made... cut the flange off a stock DP, have a v-band welded on. Most V-band outlets are much larger than the size of our DP, though.
I'm rather surprised no one has offered something like this as a "bolt-on" configuration.
It'd be a lot easier to make a crossover pipe with an external WG flange, and quite a bit cheaper than the PTE-style downpipes. Even if you factor in the cost of a WG.
