before you can do the steps listed above you have to first host the pictures somewhere... most people use www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us because there free and easy.. once the picture has been uploaded just copy and paste the url into your post and if you want the picture to show in your post without people having to click on the link to view it then do like suggested above put the

at the end of the url
