injector vacum leak

i found a major vacum leak where my injectors seat. has anyone had this issue before? should i slot my fuel rail mount tabs or try extra orings? anyone had this issue before?

I would say probably just new O-rings..... a vacuum leak under boost becomes a pressure leak, possibly spraying a mist of fuel in the engine compartment.... I sure would stay out of the boost till you get it solved.

new o-rings and the key is to lube them well when installing.. white lithium grease, etc.
