Bought a Sy to go with my Ty

I figured I needed a California truck...so I bought Sy1463 this evening. Not a perfect truck, but runs like a top. 107K miles, picked her up for 6K. The license plates even said "Sycoman" :)

I'm going to keep this at my agent in San Jose, CA, despite living in the Chicagoland area (where the Ty sits).

So, I guess I swing both ways lmao.

Congrats, if and when you bring it to chitown let me know, Ill drive the sy, you drive the ty, see who wins!

I used to see this truck alot in the SF. At one time i saw a gal driving it. It had a lumber rack.

It actually had a ladder rack, and the 2 mounts are still bolted on the side. I fear taking them off :) I'm still in love wth Sy0895 thats for sale, so I may get rid of this one down the line. However, I want to build a VERY VERY high 10's truck to mid 11's truck and couldn't see myself doing that that truck. This one is a prime candidate for a build.

Silly- I'll eventually get it back to the midwest. For now, I like the idea of having it out here. I've been stuck here for a week waiting on a load, and bobtailing the K-Dubb is a PITA sometimes :)
