Re: How many people here are subject to emissions requirements? We have safety and emissions tests both here in Utah. for 96' and newer we plug in the obd2 connector, and the mil cannot be on. For pre obd2 its a 2 speed test, idle and 2500rpm. I am an inspector for both safety and emissions.
