Re: Front Sway Bar Wouldn't go on. Have it up on 4 jack stands. Backed TB adjusting bolts all the way out and it is still too wide to fit into the lower control arm mounting points with a jack under both LCA's. Still lifting front off of the front jack stands. I guess if I take the TB keys...

Just starting to change mine. Looks like I need to remove the TB keys to get the SB in? Cant seem to get the front suspension to go up high enough otherwise. Thanks.

Re: Hvac Just checked - the white plastic bushing is still there and looks good. I pulled the controls out earlier and found everything looking intact. Wish I had a drawing showing where all these vacuum lines went. There is one empty line port but no loose lines behind controls. Took...

Re: Hvac Just checked - all the vacuum lines under the hood look good! Small black plastic line goes thru firewall right behind engine and it looks good too. I wish it wasn't so but it looks like I need to tear dash out unless someone has a better idea.

A/C only blowing through defrost vents. Cannot get A/c through dash or lower vents! Any ideas? Thinking it might be a stuck blend door - does anyone have detailed diagrams for vacuum lines and door operators?

Re: No start A weak coil will fire starting fluid but not gasoline. Test the ignition coil.

Re: Power Steering Pump Mount! I may be off by a bolt or so - but I think there are more bolts holding the PS pump on than connect the engine to the tranny! I charge GM with severe overkill!
