    9 psi with solenoid disconnected..help..

    Made a few test runs with the wastegate solenoid unplugged and found boost of only 9 psi. no vacuum leaks. boost builds quick but stops at 9psi.. HELP :(

    low boost problem?

    Checking boost with scan tool found only making 9psi to WOT. Found wastegate control never closed went between 30% and 70%.. No codes. What sould I check for next?

    I'am looking for the part number for the syclone emission label. I need the one that says California emissions.
