The small ones near the turbo?
Those are the vac lines connecting the wastegate solenoid to the wastegate actuator and the turbo itself.
If there is a leak then your boost control is gonna be really bad.
You can replace them with standard vaclines and use zip ties to affix them instead of those goofy factory "clamps".
You can get high temp silicon line as an upgrade.
(Dont use the cheap shit from autozone... it'll melt quick)

Just replace one line at a time so you know what goes where and you will be fine.
The big huge plastic "intake" piece layin on top of the radiator/fan shroud is called the crossover and they are tough to find in decent cond.
Over tightening the clamps can easily crack it and if the pieces find their way into your turbo you can kiss that compressor wheel goodbye as well.
Most folks opt to ditch it and the airbox and go to a open filter on the pass side somewhere.
