Is this the same thing that lets pressure out or the crankcase because compression causes air to slip by the piston and compress the other way? and does it make a difference

I saw on the motertrend web sight that in 2003 dodge dakota will have the viper v-10 puttin out 500hp. I find it funny someone has to put out 500hp with 305's to beat the syclone. By the way the dakota has 24inch rims

A trail blazer has a lot of power stock (260) with all this power and it runs a 17.1 quarter mile will this even compete with a syclone once it is turboed? And is it a concept or a planned production vehicle?
