Finally running!

I just got my Ty back from having a complete tune-up. So these are the mods so far: ATR 3" exhaust, black beauty plug wires, ngk ur6ix plugs, conrad cap & rotor, jabsco ic pump, walbro fuel pump, msd 6a, msd coil, cvr pro torque starter, optima red top battery, kenne bell cold air kit, silicone vacuum hoses, and a new fuel filter. I'm having a hell of a time downloading the new datamaster, but anyone have any ideas of what I should be running? With just the exhaust and cold air kit my best et was 14.1.
I'll be getting an afpr in a couple of weeks will this help with the choking I'm experiencing at about 100mph? Thanks.

Actually Z-06&syclonefan I did just get it running. I should have said that I changed out my entire electrical system and then my truck went to shit. I didn't know that a couple of my wires were so rotten that they couldn't handle the current I was driving through them.
Actually my Ty never actually quit running...it just tied a '98 jeep cherokee 4.0L. That's when I took it to go get the tune up. I had been collecting these parts for some time, I just hadn't gotten around to putting them on. But whatever.

Another question...what should it look like if I've hot wired my ic pump and I take off the ic cap (13lbs of pressure cap)? Mine looks like the lazy river at typhoon lagoon...I've replaced the stock ic hose w/rubber heater hose and I just got the jabsco installed.
