Re: Cold Air Intake 2nd gen 4x4 Blazer. I like it better than the 1st gen bars as it's thicker and it mounts with end links instead of those stupid plates under the A-arms. You either have to run 2nd gen lower A-Arms or weld mounting tabs to your arms.

Re: Code 24 The speed sensor is in the transfer case. The DRAC is the white plastic box attached to the ECM. The DRAC reads the signal from the VSS and turns into the proper PPM(Pulse Per Mile) reading that the ECM is looking for. There are different DRACs for different wheel size/axle ratio...

Re: Looking for info on old chip box?? Yep. Had 3 boost levels and 3 timing levels.. So like T115 Timing 1(least aggressive 15 psi) T215 T315 T116 T216 T316 ... ... ... Also had a valet mode and maybe a mode that didn't allow it to run at all Security IIRC... It's actually not a bad chip..

Re: Has anyone ever put a BBC and kept AWD in a syty? There was one some time ago.. IIRC the guy that did the swap bought it after it had an engine fire. He put a 454 in it and restored the truck... I think it had Tazmanian Devil images airbrushed on it.. He def kept it AWD..

More details to follow but mark your calendars. The SCCA is hosting an autocross event at the Williamsport Airport this same weekend.. The airport is ~10 minutes from the shop.. I plan to autocross on Sunday and I think it would be fun if we had a couple of trucks participating...

Re: Pics of action at Carlisle here. Yep.. I saw Tom's crew taking video from the back of a pickup at Carlisle this year. Kinda a rolling shot of all the trucks that were parked outside. I think he is holding out on us... ;)

Re: What did you do to your SyTy today? (part 2) Is 11.3 - 11.4 too rich? 10 PSI Boost.. 24 Spark advance. Maybe that's too much advance.. I'm not sure your familiar with my engine.. Its a built 383 stroker 9.1:1 CR, vortec heads, ramjet intake.
