Re: whats the trick to remove the front diff and axle? you can take the diff and axles out but bare minimum you need to leave the outer joint outer housing in the wheel bearing with the nut tightened down or the bearing will come apart while driving...

Re: 25 years! same bull shyt in Illinois but it says you can also drive it back and fourth from the repair shop... I just always carry a set of plugs in my 59 and got pulled over once and told the cop I was taking it to the repair shop.... he didn't write it, would be kind of a hard law to...
