So got around to installing my (181) L35 heads with screw in rocker studs last weekend :woot: BUT, the rocker arms from my stock Syclone heads wont fit on. The "cam" (piece that goes beneath the rocker arm nut on stock press in stud heads) does not fit past the threads on my screw in stud L35...

Re: Sy 2904 Somewhat. I thought about doing this, but i dont want future trips to be from E85 station to E85 station. There are an abundance of shell stations with 93 V-power that I'm more than happy with. I'm probably not even going to run meth for a long time. At least not on this build...

Re: Sy #1991 4.8's like boost more anyway because of the flat top pistons they have. cant go wrong with any ls based truck engine for boost applications. they were almost designed for it hahaha.

Figured I should look into a new water pump while I have the whole top end off, plus I'm nearly certain its the original pump to this engine. Any one have experience with GMB pumps? seem like a decent brand, just wanted others opinions here. If not, what pump do you guys recommend? Thanks...

Re: Sy 2904 L35 heads back from the machine shop! cleaned, resurfaced, new oem intake vavles, regrinded seats, viton valve seals, and he even painted them! all for heads that were ready to bolt on.... cant trust anyone these days....
