Hey Guys,
I haven't been on the forums in a long while but I've been to the Nats a few times and they are a blast! Matt sent me a text and an invite to see if I'm still around. I'm still here in Calgary and I still have my truck. I had the engine rebuilt last year over winter when a bolt form the throttle body made it into the #1 piston and cracked the block in 2013. Moretto helped me out with a new bottom end and my local shop, Auto Experts, did the top end and the tech work but it was a big bill.
So this year I haven't even started my truck, it is still sitting under the tarp with the trickle charger hooked up! I'm not sure if I will bother - it needs some work on a high idle problem and I haven't had the funds.
Unless I can get things together in the next week or two I won't be making the trip this year.

Hey Paul, we all know our trucks enjoy jack stands. If your truck isn't ready it's not a big deal. Just come up with your reliable vehicle and enjoy an awesome steak supper and hang out with some great people. If we end up cruising just pick a truck and ride shotgun. You never know what can happen if the kraken is released haha.

Less than a week away !!! Over 20 people on the list with about 5 or 6 more maybes, I am going post my cell, I know a few are not on fb and can't log in here 780-9sevenseven- 73 two two feel free to call or text me with questions hope to see you all make it out!!!

It's almost time :tup:
I'm heading there early, the gates open earlier than what is posted on the website. Let's try to get everyone together right off the hop. Let's all plan to pit just east of the pit concession.... My kids race junior dragsters out there almost every weekend so we have a semi-permanent setup that we leave out there, with 3 trailers and 3 RV's.
Look for the red/red Ty and my new jr.dragster tow vehicle (pimped out red Camaro golf cart)
